5. Coastal Homes NZ Ltd can offer fixed priced contracts regardless of material price rises, you will have a fixed priced for the home or you can have a charge up contract with itemised accounts.
6. Coastal Homes is proud to be able to offer a 3 month inspection after the issue of the Code of compliance certificate to guarantee there is no water ingress, plumbing or electrical issues.
7. We will on completion of the home issue you a maintenance programme to help you keep your new building in excellent condition.
