Build and Supply
(Prices effective 08/2009, subject to change)

Plans: All council consents and documentation, Allowance for consents $3500 (excludes Geotechs and Resource Consents), construction requirements to very high wind zone.

Footings and Floor: Blocks and Slab (based on 2 blocks high).

Timber Floors: Bearers, Joists and Kopine flooring, Expol underfloor insulation, H3 ply to wet areas, *piles not supplied.

Frames: Bottom Plates, H3.1, all other H1.2, cavity battens where required. All pre cut, pre nail.

Trusses & Rafters: All pre cut and pre nail Trusses and Rafters supplied.

Purlins: All 90/45 H1.2.

Roof: All colour steel, corogate or trim line depending on pitch.
Colour of choice.

Garage door: Colour steel, electric rolla-door with 2 remotes (if drawn).
Colour of choice.

Spouting: Colour steel gutter with 80mm downpipes, 125 Box Gutter on Request.

Fascias: 180mm colour steel fascias

Building Wrap: Diflex breathable wrap, aluband window tape

Cladding, Exterior: James Hardie Weather board or ply and batten, all flashings, corners and joiners supplied

Finishing, Exterior: All eaves moulds, scribbers , and corner battens supplied

Soffits: 450mm hardiflex plus jointers

Joinery, Exterior: All Aluminium, double glazed
Colour of choice

Ceiling Battens: Steel Barracuda battens and fixings

Nailbox: Supply of all nails, dyna-bolts, flashings, Silicon and Glue etc to complete Shell only

Labour: For construction of Shell Only

Insurance: Full replacement plus Public Liability

Stormwater: 1 25000Ltr Water Tank
1 Water Pump
