The Coastal Homes NZ Ltd 10 Step Building Process

  1. Choose from one of our predesigned homes or design your own to suit you section or one of the Coastal Homes sections that maybe available at the time.
  2. Onsite meeting to discuss levels, septic systems if needed, soil types, footings etc.
  3. Preliminary design work, floor plan and elevation, and adjust to suit,
  4. Discuss packages available white ware, door handles etc. choose paint colours, and floor coverings
  5. View final drawings .Finalise contracts
  6. Organise start dates.
  7. Commence Construction
  8. Meet fortnightly to update the building process and client feedback.
  9. Final signoff and make ready for client.
  10. 3 month inspection.
